Frombumps2babies The Midlands premium provider of pregnancy and post natal services are bringing their hugely popular (and physio endorsed) post-natal fitness classes to Moor Pool Hall. Running weekly from Wednesday 3 January 2018 at 10.30am, their classes are taught by instructors who are highly qualified and specialists in this area and they’re a great way to:
- get back into exercising safely post birth
- re-strengthen those core and pelvic floor muscles
