Get back to exercise after having your baby (or build on your existing fitness levels) with our resident pregnancy & postnatal fitness specialist, Kerry Cox (of Female Fitness Matters). Kerry’s classes (which are endorsed by the team at Harborne Physio), run three times a week in the Main hall and are a great way to: - get back into exercising safely post birth - re-strengthen those core and pelvic floor muscles - assist weight loss - meet other local moms for support and friendship And because she understands that many moms don't have the luxury of childcare to get their workout in, she also provides a supervised children's corner in the same room.

At Oneday Theatre, we provide quality theatre training. But we do more than just that. We recognise the individual in every performer, and nurture the performer in every individual. Building your confidence as well as your skills – because there’s no greater magic than being yourself.
So, we definitely don’t produce the generic. And we do host classes for everyone. From babies and toddlers to adults at all levels. Tuesdays: 9:30am and 10:30am (50 mins duration) “Tiny Dancers” - music and movement for preschool children under 5. A fun and exciting class with Bubbles, instruments, flags, songs and rhymes all designed to develop communication, confidence and gross motor skills. We create a positive and welcoming environment for learning, development and giggles all round. (Please note this is not a drop off class)
Wednesdays 19.30-20.30 - Adult Classes - Sass Class
Thursdays 4pm - 5.20pm - “Oneday Theatre School minis” This is a drop off class for children aged 5-9 years. A performing arts class culminating in a show and share performance at the end of every term. The class encompasses dancing, drama and singing as well as fun games and exercises designed to improve confidence, speaking skills and focus.
Thursdays 5:30pm - 7pm “Oneday Theatre School” This is a drop off class for children aged 10 - 14 years. A performing arts class culminating in a show of work at the end of each term. Focusing on honing and refining performance skills, we use dance, drama and singing as well as games and exercises to produce happy and confident young performers.
Over 50's dance class, whether you're a beginner, haven't danced in a while or dance regularly, Keep Dancing is the perfect class for you! It can be difficult to find the time for regular exercise, and doing it alone is no fun either, but a fun and friendly dance class can do wonders for the body and soul! You'll learn many different dance routines from around the world and don't even need a partner. So dust off your dancing shoes, work out your laughing muscles and enjoy an hour of dance with friendly people. We'll give you the first class completely FREE! Sessions thereafter £5 each.
